Buffy Season 8 #39 - Giles' Death

I haven't had the chance to read the actual comic book, but Giles died!! I can't believe that actually happened! And he was killed by Angel (possessed by Twilight - so technically, Angel didn't do it)! Did anyone else read it or have an opinion on Giles' death? Do you find this valuable?
