What did you think of the two episode in which Buffy fought the uber-vamp Turok-han?

I wonder if the master would have been scared of those uber vamps. I did not like how Buffy got her butt kicked. I felt that at times she was losing too many fights and I was like hey can the writers write something better than Buffy gets beat up repeatedly. Do you find this valuable?
