How could Spike visit Buffy. When the series was over?! That was why he said that. Like I said Joss could have Buffy want a girl over Angel and Spike since she likes both. Angel would have saved Cordy first than helped Buffy. We never forget our first loves, so obviously she will love him, we all do that. Buffy did not help with Angel's son Conner, Faith did. When Angelus returned Willow helped. Where was Buffy? It goes either way. The show is over as the orginal question stated. It is really a toss up. Buffy loves both and like I said sandwich. Obviously you like Angel, I like him to but I like Spike as well. I would want both. Since that cannot happen and a girl may be inthe equation, it is hard to tell. That is why I choose both Spike and Angel on different seasons of both Buffy and Angel.

Really I like both Angel and Spike and I see where you are coming from with Angel but I just cannot cancel out Spike like I do Riley. I love both Spike and Angel. They both would make amazing soulmates, on the other hand Riley I just do not like. I do not know why, I just don't.

He was married and went to Sunnydale to rub his wife in Buffy's face. Who does that? And I do see why Spike - they do love each other. She loves them both so much she couldn't pick, at least not at the time - it's waaaaay too much pressure - i mean the world is ending, she got kicked out of the house, she just killed Caleb, her only connection with the ancients that created the scythe was killed, she has no idea what to do next, and suddenly has to pick between her two great loves. That is torture. She loves them both - and they are both hot :P But if I were her (which I'm not :S) I would pick Angel, but y'know I'd try to make him human because he constantly bails - even if it is for her - he just bails. I just constantly go back to Angel because of "I Will Remember You" - I cried so bad... He was willing to give up on his humanity for her. But I know Spike would do the same.... She really just has to go with her heart and pick one, even though deep down, I think she already has. Satsu was just a fling... And about Willow giving him a soul - Buffy didn't know. Nobody told her. If she knew, she would have helped. And does she even know Angel has a son? They haven't exactly talked since that happened.... I don't know, I just think if they knew, they would have helped each other. PS. I'm still for Angel though <3<3<3 But yeah, Spike would also be a great soulmate. Do you find this valuable? |

i agrea with drunkenjenny spike likes to act all big and bad but hes really sensitiveand sweet yeah he can be such a guy sometimes but he really is the perfect man...underneath that evil is all kinds of good...like a sour candy were it has a sour shell on the outside but a gooey sweet center on the inside...yumm..

i think Buffy should be with Spike because he loves her and he got a soul for her and all and he cares a lot about her and he never gives up on her!!!

This is a really hard question if you think about it. AHHHH! Obviously the top two are Spike and Angel. On the one hand, yes Spike loved Buffy even though he didn't have a soul. Spike also was the one to go out of his way to get a soul for Buffy, because he wanted to be the man she wanted him to be. Angel though, is like Buffy's first love/maybe true love? Angel stopped loving Buffy the moment he became Angellus. Read Season 8 in the comic series and it all gets much more confusing with Buffy's love life.
